Wireless network transmission technology provides important support for VR immersive experience. Contrary to the 20ms delay constraint of VR application, the Internet architecture is not "delay-friendly" in design principle. The traffic queuing delay, storage and forwarding delay, packet loss retransmission delay and transmission delay caused by congestion lead to the inability to guarantee the QoE of VR users, and solve the contradiction between the VR application delay constraint and the open Internet design traffic, storage and forwarding, It is an important challenge to network transmission. In the scenario of multi-user intensive deployment of AP, the user\'s AP association decision plays a decisive role in the end-to-end delay. The traditional way of association through RSSI strength cannot guarantee the fairness and minimum delay of users. To solve this problem, an AP association algorithm based on FoV prediction and caching is designed. This paper first predicts the user\'s FoV to reduce the amount of data transmitted, then asynchronously caches the predicted FoV to the AP, and finally considers the association optimization in the case of FoV caching on the AP. The TestBed experiment shows that the optimization effect of this algorithm is better than that of random cache association and cache association based on popularity, which can improve the system throughput and ensure the load balance between different APs.
