基于Grey-DEMATEL模型的装配式地铁车站施工风险研究

随着装配式建筑的日益发展,地铁车站的建设也在广泛应用装配式技术,以期缩短建设周期。为高效评估装配式地铁车站施工过程中的风险因素,及时识别并规避风险,减少事故发生几率,现提出一种改进的灰色-决策实验法(Grey-DEMATEL)用于风险管理。通过整理国家标准、专家意见以及文献分析,构建了相对完善的装配式地铁车站施工风险评价指标体系,其中含有5个一级指标、22个二级指标;基于该方法分析风险因素间的相互影响程度,用中心度和原因度量化;最后将中心度进行归一化处理得到风险因素的权重,运用模糊综合评价方法对某装配式地铁车站施工现场进行风险评价。结果表明:施工方案设计、预制构件定位连接可靠性、施工人员安全意识及专业熟练度是影响装配式地铁车站施工安全的最大因素,与施工现场实际情况基本吻合。对比层次分析法(AHP),灰色DEMATEL模型表现出更高的效率,证明该方法能够有效运用于装配式地铁车站施工安全风险评价。

In order to efficiently evaluate the risk factors in the construction process of assembled subway stations and reduce the probability of safety accidents, an improved Grey-Decision-Making Experimental Method (Grey-DEMATEL) is proposed. Firstly, a relatively perfect construction risk evaluation index system of assembled subway station is constructed, which contains 5 first-level indicators and 22 second-level indicators, based on which the degree of mutual influence between risk factors is analyzed, and finally, the centrality is normalized to get the weights of the risk factors, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to carry out the risk evaluation on the construction site of an assembled subway station. The results show that: construction program design, prefabricated components positioning connection reliability, construction personnel safety awareness and professional proficiency are the biggest factors affecting the construction safety of assembly subway station, the construction site risk level is general risk, which is basically consistent with the actual situation. Compared with the hierarchical analysis method, the gray DEMATEL model shows higher efficiency, which proves that this method can be effectively applied to the construction safety risk evaluation of assembled subway stations.
