负载Fe3+/Cu2+活性炭微波诱导降解甲基橙废水实验研究

Experimental study on degradation of methyl orange wastewater by microwave induced activated carbon loaded with Fe3+/Cu2+ ions

借助扫描电镜(SEM)和紫外吸收光谱 (UV)测试分别研究了负载有Fe3+和Cu2+活性炭经微波辐射后处理模拟甲基橙废水的情况。试验结果表明:在相同条件下,甲基橙的色度去除率有如下规律:微波辐射负载有Fe3+活性炭>微波辐射负载有Cu2+活性炭>活性炭;同时当甲基橙浓度为300mg/L、微波功率为800W、辐射时间为12min、活性炭用量为8g/L时,对甲基橙的色度去除率最高,达到99%以上。

nalog methyl orange wastewater was dealed with activited carbon loaded with Fe3+ or Cu2+ ions after microwave radition by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and UV absorption spectroscopy. The results show that the rate of removing methyl orange is :microwave + activated carbon loaded with Fe3+ > microwave + activated carbon loaded with Cu2+ > microwave + activated carbon> activated carbon under the same conditions.In addition ,the removal of methyl orange can get to above 99% under the best condition of the concentration of methyl orange 300mg / L, microwave power 800W, irradiation time 12min, activated carbon dosage 8g / L.
