iebout Model focuses in public goods supply from the point of consumer choice theory and local government competition view, which takes important theoretic value and practical significance to improve the efficiency of local public goods supply. Thus, this paper intends to use Tiebout Model for reference, analyzing the existing problems and reasons in Chinese local public goods supply. The conclusion is very practical, such as tightening local government expenditure correlation, gradually reforming the estate tax system.
