几种无机盐对矿物吸附Bt 毒蛋白的影响
Effects of Inorganic Salts on Adsorption of the Insecticidal Protein of Bacillus thuringiensis by Several Pure Minerals
以高岭石 (K)、蒙脱石 (M)、针铁矿 (G)和二氧化硅 (S)为材料,研究了不同浓度KNO3、KH2PO4和NH4H2PO4等3种无机盐溶液对矿物吸附Bt毒蛋白的影响,并探讨了无机盐溶液与Bt毒蛋白不同加入顺序时,Bt毒蛋白在供试矿物表面的吸附特点。结果表明:低浓度无机盐促进矿物对Bt毒素蛋白的吸附,而高浓度时起抑制作用;无机盐和Bt毒蛋白加入顺序实验表明,同时加入蛋白和无机盐时影响最为明显;3种无机盐对供试不同矿物吸附蛋白的影响程度大小为:针铁矿 > 高岭石≥ 蒙脱石 > 二氧化硅;不同无机盐离子的影响程度大小为:H2PO4->NO3-,NH4+>K+。
he effects of the different concentration of KNO3, KH2PO4 and NH4H2PO4 on adsorption of the insecticidal protein of Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) by kaolinite (K), montmorillonite (M), goethite (G) and silicon oxide (S), as well as the influence of different adding sequences among the inorganic salts and toxin, were studied. The results showed Low concentration (<10 mmol/L) of organic acid anions inhibited the adsorption of toxin by kaolinite, goethite and silicon dioxide, whereas high concentrations promoted the adsorption. The similar results were observed when adding the inorganic salts solution and toxin in different sequences. Moreover the simultaneous addition mode presented the most obvious influence on the toxin adsorption. The affecting degree of inorganic salts on different minerals was in the order of goethite > kaolinite ≥ montmorillonite > silicon oxide, and H2PO4->NO3-, NH4+>K+ for different inorganic ions.
