考虑铰链间隙、构件柔性的动力学仿真分析

随着现代科学技术的发展,对现代机械系统性能要求越来越高,迫切需要精确预测多体机械系统动力学行为。机械系统中构件的柔性和间隙是影响系统动力学特性的两个主要因素。该文借助于ADAMS软件采用间隙铰的非线性弹簧阻尼模型,分别对理想连接铰、考虑铰间隙、以及考虑构件柔性等3种情况的曲柄滑块机构进行动力学模拟。仿真结果表明间隙和构件柔性对机构动力学性能有较大影响。
s the development of modern science and technology ,more and more high requests to the performance of modern machine systems, and urgent demand the accurate estimate of muti-body machine system dynamic behavior. Joint clearances and member flexibility are considered two main factors to accurately predict the dynamic performance. This article recur to the software of ADAMS using a non-linear elastic-damper model of the clearance connections.The dynamics of a slider-crank structure was simulated with either no-clearance joints,clearance connections or flexible members.The simulation results show that the dynamic performance of the structure is greatly influenced by the clearances and the member flexibility.
