碳酸钙晶须在制动器衬片中摩擦磨损性能的研究

本文选用湖南常德友星生产的碳酸钙晶须用于汽车制动器衬片,研究了其增摩减磨耐高温性能。通过XD-MSM定速式摩擦试验机研究了碳酸钙晶须含量对复合材料与45#钢环配副的摩擦磨损性能的影响,另外,对石棉、重质碳酸钙和碳酸钙晶须摩擦性能并作了比较;利用扫描电镜对其形貌作了分析,根据其分散状况推测其增强耐磨机理。结果表明:当配方中含有15%碳酸钙晶须时,具有高温摩擦系数稳定、磨损率小、力学性能好等优点,综合性能及性价比高,是石棉的理想取代品。并以此为基本配方,进行CHASE测试,结果表明为GG级,符合设计要求。
he paper researched the properties of increasing friction coefficient and diminishing wear rate by using CaCO3 whiskers in brake linings.The differences of asbestos, grounded CaCO3 and CaCO3 whiskers were discussed by XD-MSM constant speed tester. The mechanism of reinforced and wearable was investigated by scanning electron microscopic (SEM).As a result, the content of 15 wt % CaCO3 whiskers in drum brake linings were the best combination for friction coefficient, wear rate and cost,whose ratio of quality and value was well, so it could replace asbestos. This basic information tested by CHASE test include 15% calcium carbonate whisker, it indicates this information GG grade, which is up to the mustard.
