he article is based on the experiment of the new herbicide ZJ0273 to Hordeum vulgare. It is mainly about the dry mass, structure, the growth of the shoot and root and the mesophyll cells structure. It can be concluded that high concentration of the herbicide can control the growth of Hordeum vulgare significantly and the effects on the number of the adventitious roots is little which become less over time. At the same time ZJ0273 will control the number of starch granule in chloroplast of Hordeum vulgare and increase the number of plastoglobuli significantly.
