水质综合评价法及其应用研究--以潮河流域为例

水质评价是按照评价目标选择相应的水质参数、水质标准和计算方法,对水的利用价值及水的处理要求做出评定。水质评价的目的主要是如实反映水质的客观状态,从而为污染的综合治理、区域环境的规划管理以及对水的用途和利用价值提供依据。因此水质评价方法的选择是水质评价的关键环节。在前人研究的基础上,本文提出了一种新的水质评价方法――“水质综合评价法”。该方法是改进了的水质指数法和水质综合特征模式两种方法的结合。本文应用“改进了的水质指数法” 和“水质评价综合特征模式”以及“水质综合评价法”三种方法对潮河流域上游2002年-2004年的水质进行了评价,结果表明水质综合评价法结合改进了的水质指数法客观灵活和水质综合特征模式信息量大表述清晰二者的优点于一身,且简捷明了,操作性强,对今后的水质评价工作具有科学参考价值。

he main aim of water quality assessment is to assess the water value and requirement in treatment by choosing suitable water quality parameter, water quality criterion and method. And the purpose of water quality assessment should reflect the status of the water quality, and consequently provide scientific basis for water pollution control, regional environment management, and water utilization. Thus the selection of the method was the key for water quality assessment. In this paper, a new method for water quality assessment, water quality comprehensive assessment method, is proposed. In fact, water quality comprehensive assessment method is a comprehensive method on basis of combination of the improved water quality index evaluation method and the water quality assessment characteristic comprehensive model. In this paper, all the three method, including the improved water quality index evaluation method, the water quality assessment characteristic comprehensive model and the water quality comprehensive assessment method, was applied to assess the water quality in the upper branch of Chaohe Rive from 2002 to 2004. Results indicated that the water quality comprehensive assessment method integrated the both superiority of the improved water quality index evaluation method and the water quality assessment characteristic comprehensive model, which was simple, clear and easy in operation, and can provided scientific reference for future water quality assessment.
