H型钢轧后组织和性能研究
Microstructure and mechanical properties of H-beam after rolling
研究了低碳含钒海洋石油平台用H型钢(55C钢)的断面性能特点,对H型钢轧后最终产品的横断面不同部位进行了金相显微组织分析和力学性能测试,并且和国内外同类H型钢产品做了比较。结果表明,H型钢横断面不同部位的组织和性能是不同的。在H型钢翼缘板1/2(横断面腰部)处组织和力学性能最好,而在腹板与翼缘板相交处组织综合力学性能相对较差。从控制冷却的温度和H型钢的形状两个方面解释了造成H型钢横断面性能不均的原因,提出了改善H型钢断面性能的轧制工艺。
Mechanical properties characteristics on cross section after rolling of H-beam 55C steel used for marine petroleum platform bearing-vanadium and low carbon were studied. Microstructure was analysised and Mechanical properties on cross section after rolling of steels were tested. Compares of comprehensive mechanics properties of H section steel between the domestic and international products were made .The results show that the microstructure and mechanical properties are different among different position of cross section . microstructure and mechanical properties are relatively good in the middle of up flange and relatively poor in the intersection point between flange and web .The reasons of mechanical properties heterohomoginies were explained from two respect of control temperature and section shape of steel. The rolling process of improvement heterohomoginies on cross section was proposed.
