基于STM32的综合热指数测量系统设计

为了实现对高温车间气象条件检测的需求,提出一种基于STM32的综合热指数测量系统设计,并完成系统的软硬件设计。系统以检测黑球、湿球和干球三组传感器信号变化来测量空气温度、空气湿度、风速和辐射热四个因数对环境热指数的影响。本文首先阐述了系统总体设计方案,并详细说明了人机界面设计,传感器数据采集变送电路,SD接口设计,485总线通信。系统具有操作简便、测量精准、性能稳定、性价比高显示人性化等特点。
In order to realize the need for testing high-temperature workshop weather conditions, submit a comprehensive heat index measurement system design based on STM32, and complete system of hardware and software design.It use transducer's signal change of black bulb and wet bulb and the dry bulb to evaluate the four aspects--air temperature, air humidity, wind speed and radiant heat. This paper describes the overall system design, and detailed description of the man-machine interface design, sensor data acquisition transmission circuit, SD interface design, 485 communication. the system is simple, measurement precision, stable performance, cost-effective, user-friendly display and so on.
