低相位噪声BJT振荡器的设计
esign of the Low Phase Noise BJT Oscillator
本文首先介绍微波晶体管振荡器的理论基础,其次介绍使用射频微波仿真设计软件Agilent公司的EEsof/ADS进行分析和设计一个反射型低噪声固定频率振荡器的过程和方法。从而为进一步研究低噪声VCO的设计方法铺平道路。运用ADS仿真模拟使得理论设计和实际制造更加接近,有利于提高电路的设计和制造水平。
bstract:This paper give the basic theory of microwave transistor oscillator first, then introduce the analyzing and designing a reflective, low phase noise, fixed frequency oscillator using the design tool-EEsof/ADS of Agilent company. This paper paves the road for the research and development of low phase noise voltage control oscillator. The simulation of ADS make the design is more close to the real circuit, it is useful to the improvement of the circuit designing and producing.
