Sensorless Control Strategy for BLDC at Low Speed Based on Continuous Position Estimation

无刷直流电机(brushless DC motor,BLDC)具有功率密度高、可靠性高、结构相对简单、转速稳定和调速方便的优点,但是为了驱动BLDC,通常需要利用霍尔传感器感应转子位置,而无位置传感器技术可以降低系统成本或者作为容错方案提高可靠性。针对BLDC的无位置传感器闭环低速运行,本文提出了一种使用单电流传感器的连续转子位置估计策略。首先,通过分析BLDC的饱和凸极效应、开关管导通方式对定子饱和程度的影响和回路纹波噪音,确定初始位置辨识策略与无位置传感器低速运行策略。然后,构造了矢量跟踪观测器将离散扇区变换为连续位置,并分析了参数选择对矢量跟踪观测器稳定性的影响和该低速运行策略的适应性。最后,通过实验验证了该策略的有效性。

he brushless DC motor (BLDC) has the advantages of high power-density, high reliability, relatively simple structure, stable speed and convenient speed regulation. However, hall sensors are usually needed to sense rotor position in BLDC driving, while sensorless technology will decrease the cost of the system and improve the reliability as a fault tolerance scheme. For the sensorless closed-loop operation of BLDC at low speed, a continuous position estimating strategy using single current sensor is proposed. Firstly, the initial position identifying strategy and the sensorless starting strategy based on discrete position are proposed by analyzing the magnetic-saturated saliency-effect of BLDC, the influence of switching mode on the stator saturation and the DC bus voltage ripple. Then, a vector tracking observer is constructed to transform the discrete position into a continuous position, and the stability of the vector tracking observer and the speed adaptability of the starting strategy are analyzed. Finally, the effectiveness of the strategy is verified by experiments.
