植物与病原物之间的互作是当今植物病理学研究热点之一,为植物抗病机制的解析和抗病品种的选育奠定了理论基础。水稻-稻瘟病菌互作已成为研究植物与病原物互作的模式系统。本文从稻瘟病菌侵入机制、水稻免疫系统及抗病基因和无毒基因的互作等方面对水稻与稻瘟病菌互作机制研究进展进行了综述。
he interaction between plant and pathogens was a hot spot in the field of plant pathology in recent years, and the corresponding results establish the theoretic foundation for the plant resistance mechanism and resistance breeding.The specific interaction between rice and M.grisea has become the model system for studying the plant-pathogen interaction mechanisms. This paper reviewed the advances on interaction mechanism between rice and M.grisea from the mechanisms of the rice blast infection, the rice immune system and the interaction between resistance gene in rice and avirulence gene in M.grisea.
