银纳米立方的硫化及其可见光区域光吸收特性的有效调节
Sulfidation of Ag nanocubes for the tunable light absorption in visible region
本文通过对银纳米立方进行硫化来调节纳米结构的光吸收特性。银纳米立方的硫化会生成银-硫化银核壳异质纳米结构,通过调节硫源的量可以控制样品硫化的过程,从而可以控制异质纳米结构的形状和尺寸参数,实现对异质纳米结构的光吸收峰的调节。实验中,纳米结构的吸收峰位在可见光区域的调节可以达到约200 nm。文中讨论了硫化过程中,纳米结构的形状结构变化与吸收峰红移的关系。
In this paper, the light absoprtion of nanostructures can be tuned by the sulfidation of silver nanocubes. The sulfidation of silver nanocubes produces Ag-Ag2S core-shell hetero-nanostructures. The amount controlling of sulfide ions affects the structure and size of the nanostructures, and then tunes the light absorption. In our experiments, the tuning range of aborption peak can reach 200 nm in visible region. The relationship of the sulfidation process and the red shit of the abosorpion peak are discussed.
