用N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(Bis)为交联剂,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,羧甲基纤维素(CMC)为助剂,合成了聚(N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮-co-甲基丙烯酸-β羟乙酯)/CMC半互穿网络水凝胶,并在模拟人体环境的条件下,以非水溶性药物萘普生为模拟药物,考察了水凝胶在不同温度及酸度响应下的药物释放。,非水溶性药物萘普生在聚(N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮-co-甲基丙烯酸-β羟乙酯)/CMC半互穿网络水凝胶载体体系pH=2.00时,药物释放率受温度的影响较少,而在pH=7.40时,释放率受温度的影响较大。该凝胶作为萘普生口服释放载体具有较佳的释放性能。

N, N - and methyl double acrylamide (Bis) as crosslinking agent, ammonium persulfate (APS) as the initiator, carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) for additives, the synthesis (N - vinyl pyrrole - co - methyl methacrylate hydroxyl ethyl ester) - beta/CMC half interpenetratinnetworks, and in the simulation hydrogel human environment conditions, non-aqueous drugs for simulating the drug naproxen and gel under different temperatures and acidity of the drug release under the response. Results showed that the water-soluble drugs naproxen in poly (N - vinyl pyrrole - co - methyl methacrylate hydroxyl ethyl ester) - beta/CMC half interpenetrating networks hydrogel carrier system pH = 2.00, drug release rate under the influence of the temperature of less, and in the pH = 7.40, release rate by the influence of the temperature. This gel as naproxen oral release carrier has better performance.
