货币薪酬和在职消费的经济效应及其差异性
The Economic Effects of Monetary compensation and Perks and Their Difference
摘要
货币薪酬和在职消费是高管薪酬的重要组成部分,它们以各自的作用机理驱动企业业绩,其经济效应研究结论不一。货币薪酬和在职消费对企业业绩的影响方向与强度是否一致?所有权性质和业绩条件对其经济效应及其差异性是否产生影响?上述问题至今尚无明确答案。本文以沪深A股上市企业2010-2014年报数据为研究对象,利用EVIEWS 6.0对样本数据进行回归分析,检验货币薪酬和在职消费的经济效应及其差异性,发现货币薪酬和在职消费对企业业绩均存在显著的正向经济效应,且货币薪酬经济效应大于在职消费经济效应。研究同时发现所有权性质对货币薪酬和在职消费的经济效应及其差异性没有实质影响,而业绩条件对其产生显著影响。
Abstract
Monetary compensation and perks are important parts of executive compensation that drive the enterprise's performance by their own mechanisms, the study conclusion of their economic effect is different. If the direction and strength of two kinds of economic effect are the same? Whether the nature of ownership and performance condition have significant impact on the economic effect of monetary compensation and perks and their difference? Above problems have no clear answer so far. Based on the annual report data of Shanghai and Shenzhen A shares listed companies during 2010-2014, This paper made regression analysis on sample data using the EVIEWS 6.0 to test the economic effect of monetary compensation and perks and their difference, found that monetary compensation and perks had positive economic effect on company performance and the economic effect of monetary compensation is greater than that of perks. In the meantime, it found that the nature of ownership had no substantial impact on the economic effect of monetary compensation and perks and their differences, the performance condition had a significant impact on them.关键词
