中国海洋科技产出效率实证分析:基于典型相关和DEA-Malmquist

n Empirical Analysis of Output Efficiency of Regional Ocean Technology of China: Based on Canonical Correlation Analysis and DEA-Malmquist

运用DEA-Malmquist指数法和典型相关分析方法,选取2006-2012年度全国13个开展海洋科技活动的地区数据,对中国海洋科技产出、效率及与投入指标间关系进行实证分析。结果表明,近年来我国海洋科技全要素生产率持续增长,有一定规模效应,但技术效率不足、区域差异明显。而海洋科技产出增长和效率提升均与海洋科技投入增加密切相关,要进一步增加产出、提升效率,需提高纯技术效率和技术成果转化能力,加强海洋科技人才的培养和引进力度。

he output efficiency of ocean technology of 13 regions of China is analyzed by using the methods of canonical correlation analysis and DEA-Malmquist based on the annual data of 2006 to 2012. And the results show that the total factor productivity of China's marine science and technology is growing during the period,but the regional difference is significant and the technical efficiency is quite low. Furthermore, the growth of output and the improvement of efficiency of ocean technology are significantly related to the increase of input in recent years. Therefore, in order to increase the output and improve the innovation efficiency further,the pure technical efficiency and technical transformation capacity should be improved, and more research talents should be introduced and cultivated.
