神经退行性疾病相关microRNA的研究进展

microRNA是一类编码长度约为20~25个核苷酸的内源性非编码单链小分子RNA,参与细胞增殖、凋亡,组织分化,个体生长发育等过程,有研究显示,microRNA参与许多疾病的发生发展。神经退行性疾病是一类以神经元退行性病变或凋亡,导致个体行为异常甚至死亡为主要特征的慢性疾病,本文就microRNA与神经退行性疾病发生的相关研究做一综述。
microRNA is a kind of code length of about 20 to 25 single-stranded endogenous small non-coding RNA nucleotide molecules, that is involved in cell proliferation, apoptosis, differentiation, individual growth and development and other processes. Some recent studies have shown that microRNA is also involved in the development of many diseases. Neurodegenerative disease is a class of neuronal degeneration or apoptosis, resulting in abnormal individual behavior and even death as the main feature of chronic diseases. In this article, we give an overview for the related research of microRNA and neurodegenerative disease.
