中药藤黄化学成分的研究
Studies on the Chemical Constituents of Garcinia hanburyi Hook. f.
采用正相、反相硅胶柱色谱法和半制备型高效液相色谱法对中药藤黄 (Garcinia hanburyi Hook. f) 进行了分离和纯化,通过NMR谱鉴定其结构得到了14种成分:藤黄酸 (1),desoxymorellin (2),gambogoic acid B (3),邻苯二甲酸-二-2-乙基己酯 (4),白桦酯酸 (5),α-香树精 (6),羽扇豆醇 (7),鲍尔烯醇 (8),麦珠子酸 (9),蒲公英甾醇 (10),β-香树素 (11),丁酰鲸鱼醇 (12),3-O-α-L吡喃阿拉伯糖齐墩果酸 (13),山楂酸 (14)。其中,化合物7和11为首次从该植物中得到,化合物8,9,10,12,13,14为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Fourteen compounds were isolated from Garcinia hanburyi Hook. f. by silica gel, reversed-phase silica gel column chromatography and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography. They were identified as gambogic acid (1), desoxymorellin (2), gambogoic acid B (3), bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (4), betulinic acid (5), α-amyrin (6), lupeol (7), bauerenol (8), alphitolic acid (9), taraxasterol (10), β-amyrin (11), butyrospermol (12), 3-O-α-L arabinopyranosyl oleanolic acid (13), maslinic acid (14). Compounds 7, 11 were isolated from this plant for the first time, compounds 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
