硫铁矿烧渣提取铁离子的研究
Experiment on extracting iron ion from pyrite cinder
常压下采用混酸直接酸浸硫铁矿烧渣提取铁离子进行了实验,分析了不同因素对铁离子提取的影响。结果表明,影响浸出率的主要因素为反应温度,反应时间,混酸浓度,混酸体积比,固液比。当反应温度为97℃,反应时间300min,混酸体积比为(50%硫酸)0.7:0.3(20%盐酸) ,固液比为1:4时,铁离子的浸出率可得87%。酸浸液进一步处理可应用于其他铁系产品,有良好的应用前景。
he experiment on extracting iron ion from pyrite cinder in normal pressure shows that many different factors make influence about iron ion extracting rate.The result shows that the iron_extracting rate can reach 80% when the reaction temperature is 97℃ and the reaction time is 300 mins and the vitriol/ muriatic acid is 0.7:0.3 and the solid/liquid is 1:4.The reaction liquid can produce other products about iorn.It is foreground in making use of pyrite cinder.
