3-硝基苯胺与二硫化碳在不同偶极矩的溶剂中反应得到硫化氢,并进一步与氯化镉反应得到CdS/N,N'-二(3-硝基)苯基硫脲(D(3-nitro)PTU)纳米复合合材料。通过讨论溶剂溶剂偶极矩对其形貌和性能的影响,得到了新型的CdS/(D(3-nitro)PTU)纳米复合材料含有有机外层和CdS内层的结构。纳米复合材料通过XRD、SEM、TEM、HRTEM、SAED、EDAX、TG、FTIR、UV-vis吸收光谱进行表征。反应机理可能是这样的:在高偶极矩DMF溶剂中,3-硝基苯胺吸引Cd2+来影响(D(3-nitro)PTU)分子并促使纳米线的形成。纳米复合材料中少量的CdS在很大程度上也增加了(D(3-nitro)PTU)在PL光谱的发射强度。

In this paper, CdS/N, N' -di (3-nitro) phenylthiourea (D (3-nitro) PTU) nanocomposites were synthesized by reacting CdCl2 with in situ produced H2S from reaction of 3-nitroaniline and carbon disulfide at 50 C in solvents with various dipole moment. By discussing effects of solvent dipole moment on morphology and properties, novel nanowires of CdS/D (3-nitro) PTU nanocomposite containing organic outer layer and CdS inner layer were obtained. The nanocomposites were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), selected area electron diffraction (SAED), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDAX), thermogravimetric (TG), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) and UV-vis absorption spectra. A plausible mechanism that the extending D (3-nitro) PTU molecules in DMF induce formation of the nanowires with help of high dipole moment DMF by attracting Cd2+ with 3-Nitroaniline firstly. Emission intensity in photoluminescence (PL) spectra of D (3-nitro) PTU could be largely increased by small amount of CdS in the nanocomposites.
