指出Shannon关于连续与离散的信息熵的定义在信息度量性质上的不一致性是经典信息论的一个基本问题,而导致这一问题的基本原因在于基于连续概率场和Shannon信息公理来定义连续信息熵时由于发散性或信息奇点的存在而不能形成统一的信息度量。为了解决这个问题,本文将基于量子化数学理论来改进概率场与信息熵的定义,由此可以消除信息奇点,并达到连续与离散信息熵在信息度量性质上的一致性,从而形成一个Shannon信息度量的统一理论。

It is pointed out that the inconsistency on the information measure natures of Shannon continuous and discrete information entropies is a fundamental problem of classical information theory, and the primary cause for this problem lies in that, when defining the continuous information entropy based on continuous probability fields and Shannon information axiom, people can not form a uniform information measure due to the existence of divergence or information singularity. To solve this problem, this article will improve the definitions of probability fields and information entropies based on the quantized mathematical theory, which can eliminate the information singularity and achieve the consistency of continuous and discrete information entropies on the natures of information measure, and thus form a unified theory of Shannon's information measure.
