互联网企业高管战略柔性与企业绩效的关系

互联网行业迅猛发展的时代背景下,国内互联网企业如雨后春笋般冒出,对于互联网企业高管团队战略柔性的研究逐渐受到学者们的重视。本文选取2015-2017年沪深两市互联网上市企业的非平衡面板数据,基于高阶梯队理论,通过主成分分析法对战略柔性指标进行提取,构建模型,实证检验了战略柔性对企业绩效的影响。结果显示:互联网企业高管团队战略柔性与企业绩效之间存在显著的倒"U"型关系。根据研究结论,本文认为,互联网企业在企业管理中需要做到以下两点:综合衡量企业战略柔性带来的增益效益与增量费用的基础上,在高管团队人员的选拔上,适量增加具备技术能力的高管人员数量;在企业的研发投入和无形资产上,根据企业实际情况增加企业的研发投入和无形资产。

With the rapid development of the Internet industry, domestic Internet firms are springing up like mushrooms. The research on the strategic flexibility of the top management team on Internet firms has gradually attracted the attention of scholars.This paper selects the non-equilibrium panel data of Internet listed firms in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges from 2015 to 2017. Based on the Upper Echelon Theory, this paper extracts the strategic flexibility index through the Principal Component Analysis Method, builds a model, and empirically tests the influence of strategic flexibility on firm performance.The results show that there is a significant inverted "U" relationship between strategicflexibility of the top management teamand firm performance. According to the research conclusion, this paper believes that Internet firms need to achieve the following two points in enterprise management: on the basis of comprehensive measurement of the gain and benefit and incremental cost brought by the strategic flexibility of firms, the number of senior executives with technical ability should be appropriately increased, the R&D investment and intangible assets of enterprises also should be increased according to the actual situation of firms.
