电力监管的寻租分析

寻租理论的应用日益广泛，它的出现和在中国的引入，使得研究一些现实问题有了新的思路。本文在解释寻租问题和电力监管的涵义的基础上，将垄断行业的寻租现象用于研究分析中国电力监管，从一个崭新的角度寻找问题所在，并提出解决问题的建议。
Rent-seeking theory has been widely used, and its appearance and introduction in China has brought practical problems some new ideas. On the basis of explaining rent-seeking issues and meanings of electricity regulation, the paper uses the rent-seeking phenomenon of monopolized industries to do the research and analysis of China’s electricity regulation, find the problems from a fresh perspective and then put forward some suggestions to solve the problems.
