聚苯胺在碳纤维上的一维生长及电容性能研究

One dimensional growth of polyaniline and its pseudocapacitive property study

本文首先利用超声和电化学氧化等方法对碳纤维布(CFC)进行预处理,制备亲水性和电化学特性良好的碳纤维(ANEA)。再分别利用过硫酸铵(APS)和K2Cr2O7引发苯胺聚合,在碳纤维表面覆盖聚苯胺(PANI),制备ANEA-PANI-APS和ANEA-PANI-K2Cr2O7。利用扫描电镜(SEM)观测了PANI的表面形貌,利用红外光谱(FT-IR)研究了其振动吸收,利用循环伏安(CV)扫描和恒电流充放电(CP)实验研究了其超电容性能。研究发现,ANEA-PANI-APS上的PANI以纳米纤维形式存在,有助于聚合物与电解液充分接触而提高其电化学性能,其比电容可达644 F/g。

Polymerization of aniline was conducted through initiation by ammonium persulfate (APS) and K2Cr2O7, respectively on ultrasonic and electrochemical pretreated carbon fiber cloth ANEA to afford ANEA-PANI-APS and ANEA-PANI-K2Cr2O7. The morphologies of the polymers were investigated by scannining electron microscope (SEM). Their vibrations were studied by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). Pseudocapacitive properties of the products were studied by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and galvanostatic charge/discharge (CP) experiments. It was found that one dimensional growth of PANI was controlled through APS initiated polymerization to afford nanofibrous polymer in ANEA-PANI-APS, which enables effect contact of the polymer with electrolyte to ensure its improved electrochemical properties. ANEA-PANI-APS displayed a high specific capacitance of 644 F/g.
