钢纤维高强轻骨料混凝土研究
Reinforced effect study of steel fiber to high strength lightweight aggregate concrete
本文采用粉煤灰陶粒和页岩陶粒两种轻骨料,配制成28d抗压强度分别为58.9MPa和64.6MPa的高强轻骨料混凝土。并采用弓形钢纤维增强这两种轻骨料混凝土,试验结果表明,随着钢纤维体积掺量的提高,这两种轻骨料混凝土的抗压、抗折及劈裂抗拉强度均有不同程度的提高,但以劈裂抗拉强度提高幅度最大。
wo lightweight aggregates, sintered fly ash aggregate and shale aggregate are adopted to obtain two types of high strength lightweight aggregate concrete with the compressive strength 58.9MPa and 64.6MPa in 28 days, and moreover, a type of arch steel fiber is introduced to reinforce them. The test results indicate that the compressive strength, bending strength, and splitting strength of these two types of lightweight aggregate concrete are all increased in different degree with the increment of volumetric dosage of steel fiber, but the elevated extent of splitting strength is the biggest.
