安徽省农村室内灰尘重金属形态及可给性分析
Speciation and bioaccessibility of heavy metals in household dust from Anhui rural areas
采集安徽省部分城市农村室内灰尘样品,分析灰尘灰尘中重金属Ni、Cd、Pb的含量水平,赋存形态及生物可给性。结果表明:安徽省农村室内灰尘中重金属Cd、Pb、Ni均出现不同程度的累积,其中淮南农村的Cd、蚌埠农村的Pb、及马鞍山农村的Ni污染最为显著。农村室内灰尘中Ni主要以残渣态(42%)和铁锰氧化物结合态(36%)形式存在,Cd的形态分配系数分别:残渣态(41%)>碳酸盐结合态(21%)>可交换态(17%)>铁锰氧化物结合态(16%)>有机结合态(5%),铁锰氧化物结合态Pb占总Pb比例较高。安徽省室内灰尘中重金属铁锰氧化物结合态Ni对Ni的生物可给量(18.73mg/kg),可交换态、碳酸盐结合态及铁锰氧化物结合态Cd对Cd的生物可给量(1.11mg/kg)、铁锰氧化物结合态Pb对Pb的生物可给量(34.23mg/kg)具有重要贡献。
he concentration,speciation,and bioaccessibility of cadmium(Cd), nickel(Ni), lead(Pb) in household dust from Anhui rural areas were investigated. The results showed that: The mean concentration of Cd, Pb, Ni were exceeded the soil background values of Anhui. And the highest value of Cd, Pb, Ni appeared in Huainan, Bengbu, Ma'anshan, respectively. Ni in rural househould dust was mainly composed with residual(42%) and bound to iron and manganese oxides(36%) fraction. Cd was in the follow order: residual(41%)>bound to carbonates(21%)>exchangeable(17%)> bound to iron and manganese oxides(16%)>bound to organic(5%). Pb was mainly constituted of bound to iron and manganese oxides. The Ni bound to iron and manganese oxides, Cd bound to exchangeable , carbonates, iron and manganese oxides, and Pb bound to iron and manganese oxides were have significantly influence on bioaccessible Ni, Cd, Pb, respectively.
