群集智能劳动分工研究进展
Research Progress of Division of Labor in Swarm Intelligence
劳动分工是一种普遍存在于社会性昆虫中的生物集群行为,也是当前群集智能研究的一个新兴领域。在社会性昆虫社会中,劳动分工现象普遍存在,让人惊叹的是其在有条不紊的分工中所体现的生物智能。本文首先对社会性昆虫劳动分工的具体表现形式进行了详尽的论述,在此基础上对系统中个体行为柔性以及由行为柔性所产生的群体可塑性做了深入探讨。从社会性昆虫劳动分工可能的形成机制出发,对群体动力学模型、响应阈值模型、自我强化模型等当前主要的劳动分工模型做了细致的讨论,并对不同模型之间的共性与特性进行了分析。最后综述了社会性昆虫劳动分工在企业生产管理、人工智能领域的应用情况并展望了其发展前景。
ivision of labor , a common biological cluster behavior in insect societies, is also an emerging field of swarm intelligence research at present. It's astonishing that a well-organized working structure prevails among social insect groups, showing amazing intelligence. In this paper, the specific external form of labor of social insects is described in detail. A further discussion focuses on flexibility on individual behavior and plasticity on group behavior. Steming from the formation mechanism of division of labor, several models are introduced in this paper including group dynamics, response threshold model, self-reinforcing model etc. Generality and peculiarity on different models are specifically analyzed. Finally, the application of division of labor is summarized ,which shows that it can be well applied in many other fields especially the enterprise production , management and artificial intelligence.
