基于卡片分类法的中医医院微信公众号服务平台的功能分类研究

Based on the card classification method, the function points of the WeChat official account service platform of Chinese medicine hospitals are classified, which provides a reference for the information structure design of the WeChat official account service platform of Chinese medicine hospitals. According to the cluster analysis dendrogram, the 34 function points can be divided into 4 categories. Class 1 is the label related to the personal center, including: 12 function points such as one-day list; Class 2 is related to the charm hospital label, including: Health mall and other 7 function points; Class 3 is related to the information push label, including : 6 functional points such as the lecture hall of traditional Chinese medicine; Class 4 labels related to medical guidance, including: 9 medical queuing, etc. The multi-dimensional scale analysis is basically consistent with the results.
