PMN-PNN-PZT四元系压电陶瓷在准同型相界处的压电介电性能研究
Piezoelectric and dielectric properties in the region near the morphotropic phase boundary of PMN-PNN-PZT quaternary system ceramics
本文研究了PMN-PNN-PZT四元系压电陶瓷在准同型相界处的压电介电性能。研究结果表明,Ti含量在0.370和0.374之间变动时,体系位于准同型相界附近,相结构逐渐由三方相向四方相转变。当Ti=0.373,烧结温度1180℃时,各性能达到最佳:d33 =537×10-12C/N, T33/ 0=3384,kp=0.57, Qm=114。
he research focused on the Piezoelectric and dielectric properties in the region near the morphotropic phase boundary of PMN-PNN-PZT quaternary system .A conclusion can be drawed,when Ti concentration changes from0.370 to 0.374,the composition lies near the morphotropic phase boundary,in addition,the microstructure transforms from rhombohedral phase to tetragonal phase. sintered at 1180℃ and the Ti concentration 0.373,there is the best properties: d33 =537×10-12C/N, T33/ 0=3384,kp=0.57, Qm=114.
