采用正交试验法对铁-锆-铝鞣黄牛鞋面革的复鞣工艺进行研究,以坯革收缩温度、增厚率及得革率为评价指标,对复鞣剂的种类、用量及配伍方案对优化。研究表明,铁-锆-铝配合鞣剂用量为4%,丙烯酸聚合物鞣剂用量为6%,氨基树脂鞣剂用量为4%,植物鞣剂用量为7%,该复鞣工艺所得坯革得革率高、增厚率大,收缩温度超过92℃,坯革感官性能良好,并且物理机械性能符合行业标准。

he retanning process of cattle hide upper leather tanned with Fe-Zr-Al complex tanning agent was investigated by the orthogonal experiment method. The shrinkage temperature, thickening rate and grain of leather were chosen as evaluation indexes, and the retanning agents types and dosage and compatibility program were optimized through the orthogonal experiment. The results showed that under the optimum process conditions of Fe-Zr-Al Complex Tanning Agent 4%, acrylic polymer tanning agent 6%, aminotaning agent 4% and vegetable extract 7%, the thickening rate and grain of the crust leather were very high, the shrinkage temperature exceeded 92℃. Moreover, the crust leather had a good sensory properties, and the physical-mechanical properties could meet industry standards.
