动力煤供应链多级库存控制模型与算法研究
Multi-echelon inventory control model and algorithm for steaming coal supply chain
为了降低动力煤供应链库存总成本,并保障动力煤资源供需系统持续稳定运行,引入多级库存控制理论,建立了基于成本最小化的动力煤供应链多级库存控制概念模型与数学模型,设计了遗传算法求解储配煤基地和区域性配送中心的最佳订货点、订货批量及调拨批量。最后,通过算例证明了该模型与算法的有效性和实用性。基于上述研究结论,为我国动力煤供应链库存控制提供了决策支持和对策建议。
he inventory level control in steaming coal supply chain is an important guarantee for reducing the total inventory costs and running sustainably and stably. Firstly, this paper introduced multi-echelon inventory control theory, and established conceptual and mathematical model, which was taking total inventory costs minimum as goal. Then designed genetic algorithm to solve optimal reorder points, order batches and allocating batches for regional distribution centers and storage and distribution bases. Finally, it proved feasibility and validity of the model and algorithm. Based on the analysis results, decision-making support is offered for the inventory control of steaming coal supply chain in China.
