肠易激综合征患者报告结局与生命质量测定特异量表研究述评
Review of Studies on Reported Outcomes and Specific Scales for Quality of Life in Patients with Irritable Bowel Syndrome
量表测评已经广泛应用于临床实践，如何选择合适的测评工具至关重要。基于此，本文采用文献检索方法搜索与肠易激综合征患者有关的特异量表，总结其主要内容和测量学特性并提出量表选择。共计检索到常用于肠易激综合征患者的生命质量测定的相关特异性量表有35个，目前已有的肠易激综合征特异性量表被证实具有较好的信度、效度和反应度，能较好地运用于临床实践中，在临床应用时，我们应该根据不同的目的和研究内容选择相应的量表。
Scale assessment has been widely used in clinical practice, how to choose the appropriate assessment tools is very important. Based on thisthis paper used literature search method to search for specific scales related to patients with irritable bowel syndromesummarized their main contents and measurement characteristicsand put forward the selection of scales. A total of 35 related specific scaleswhich are commonly used to measure the quality of life in patients with irritable bowel syndromewere retrieved. And the existing IBS specific scale has been proved to have good reliabilityvalidity and reactivitywhich can be better applied in clinical practice. In clinical applicationwe should choose the corresponding scale according to different purposes and research contents.
