针对产品零部件表面工程建模复杂的问题,提出以多色集合理论为辅助对表面工程建模进行深入研究。首先,构建表面功能分解模型,便于客户表达,建立表面工程各要素的层次模型关系网,再运用多色集合理论系统表达表面工程需求、表面工程要素及表面工程要素属性三者之间的动态映射关系,建立表面工程过程设计数学模型。最后,给出了表面工程技术工艺路线生成算法流程图。

ccording to the complex problems of surface engineering technology process modeling of product components, polychromatic sets theory was proposed to assist on a thorough research on the technology of surface engineering modeling. Firstly, to facilitate customer express, surface functional decomposition model was established, and the hierarchical model networks of the elements of surface engineering was established. The attributes' dynamic mapping relationship of the requirements of surface engineering, the elements of surface engineering and the attribute of surface engineering's elements were expressed by polychromatic sets theory. And the mathematical model of surface engineering process design was established. Finally, the algorithm flow chart generated by surface engineering technology routing was given.
