We use resolution coefficient calculation principle and constructing Binary Logistic regression model to influence factors of university students' employment is analyzed, and through the study found that the comprehensive quality, employment expectation, work experience, gender and social network is the main factor affecting the university students' employment, and based on this, we put forward the solution of the college students' employment the countermeasures, which improve the comprehensive quality of college students; College students' employment change ideas, determine appropriate employment expected; The government should enforce the employment priority development strategy; Establish a social employment information sharing platform, the government should strengthen macro-control, efforts to develop the economy, adjust science professional setting, realize the talent supply and demand guide the conversion of the employment guidance.
