基于TEAM P21基准模型杂散损耗测量方法的改进研究与验证
Improved Measurement and Validation of Stray-field Loss Based on TEAM P21 Model
基于TEAM P21简化基准模型,分别对不同频率下铜屏蔽和硅钢叠片的杂散损耗问题进行了研究。通过对模型中有无结构件工况下激励线圈周围的漏磁通分布进行二维模拟和对激励线圈损耗进行三维仿真计算,得出激励线圈的损耗在有无结构件时具有一定差值。对损耗差产生的原因进行了分析,提出了一种改进的的结构件杂散损耗测量方法,并对结构件杂散损耗进行了实验求解和仿真计算,实验值和仿真值具有较好的一致性。
In order to study the stray-field loss of transformer structure precisely, the loss of copper shielding and silicon steel lamination at different frequency is researched based on the simplified TEAM P21 model and MagNet software. The leakage flux around the exciting coils is simulated with two dimension method and the coils loss is calculated precisely, the leakage flux and coils loss vary when the model is excited with component or not. The loss difference is analyzed and an improved measuring method of stray-field loss is proposed, the stray-field loss of component is calculated in experiment and simulation, the results are consistent. The measuring method and experimental data are meaningful to the study of stray-field loss in electrical engineering.
