巴戟天含药血清干预下GT1-7细胞的转录组分析

传统中药巴戟天在保护男性生殖细胞以及修复受损伤的雄性生殖功能等方面具有显著作用,巴戟天对男性不育及生殖功能康复的临床治疗具有广阔的应用前景。通过已建立的巴戟天含药血清干预培养GT1-7细胞体系,利用RNA测序技术分析巴戟天含药血清干预下GT1-7细胞的转录组变化。解析巴戟天干预机制下的调控网络,挖掘发挥关键作用的转录本信息和信号传导通路。为巴戟天的临床合理应用提供分子基础和科学依据。
raditional Chinese herbal medicine Morinda officinalis has been widely used for the treatment of sexual dysfunctions in China, previous studies have indicated that Morinda officinalis play a potential role in the maintenance of male reproduction. In order to investigate the possible involved molecular mechanisms in Morinda Officinalis regulate GnRH neurons, here we construct a model of GT1-7 cell cultured with Morinda officinalis medicated serum. Critical genes or special signal pathways will defined by RNA sequencing. Our results will provide a scientific basis for clinical application of Morinda officinalis.
