微管乙酰化及其细胞学功能
ubulin acetylation and its cellular functions
微管是细胞质骨架的重要组成成分,其在维持细胞形态,调控细胞功能中发挥着重要的作用。细胞内存在多种微管翻译后修饰方式,其中乙酰化修饰因其存在的广泛性及在调控与微管功能相关的生物学过程中的独特作用而受到日益广泛的关注,本文着重介绍了近年来在微管乙酰化领域的研究进展,并就微管乙酰化对细胞功能的影响做一概述。
Microtubules, the main component of the cytoskeleton, play important roles in the maintainance of cell morphology and the regulation of cellular functions. It has been reported that there are many post-translational modifications occurred on microtubules, including acetylaton, which is common in organisms,and attracts more and more attentions for their specific effects on tubulin-associated biological processes. In this paper we introduced the recent advances in tubulin acetylation and summarized its effects on cellular funcions.
