地铁盾构隧道下穿覆土中雨污管线影响 分析

随着城市轨道交通网络的进一步发展,大量的地铁盾构隧道临近甚至紧贴市政管线施工建设,盾构隧道开挖造成的土体卸荷,不可避免地作用于邻域内的市政管线。本文应用三维数值模拟的方法,以北京地铁7号线下穿雨污管线工程为依托,分析了地铁盾构隧道施工对覆土中雨污管线的影响。研究成果表明:1)管线竖向沉降量要远大于水平位移,管节间的不均匀沉降是管线发生破坏的主要原因。2)盾构隧道与管线正交时,盾构隧道最上方管节受左右两侧管节挤压,出现较大的应力集中,为整个管线最薄弱部位;盾构隧道与管线平行时,管节发生朝向开挖面方向的倾斜。研究结果对相关工程的设计和施工有一定的借鉴意义。
With the rapid development of urban rail transit network, a large number of shield tunnel construction under the municipal pipeline. The shield tunneling excavation causing the unloading of neighborhood soil, inevitable role in the municipal pipeline. In this paper, the numerical simulation method has been applied, a detailed analysis on the disaster mechanism of large diameter pipes due to metro project, based on typical metro project in Beijing metro line 7. The calculation results show that the vertical displacement is greater than the horizontal displacement, the differential settlement of pipeline, main influencing factor, resulted in destruction of pipes. when the shield tunnel and pipeline were orthogonal, the pipe section above the shield tunnel was pressing by the left and right sides pipe section, the tensile stress is concentrated in the directly above of the shield tunnel, which is the weakest part of the whole line; when the shield tunnel and pipeline were parallel, the deformation of pipeline is inclined to the shield tunnel excavation face. The results of this paper has certain reference significance for the design and construction of the relevant engineering.
