随着国际国内油气行业迅速发展,X80 钢在油气管道已经得到广泛应用,X80 钢在役期间的腐蚀行为亟待研究。本文采用电化学极化曲线、阻抗谱等分析方法,研究了常压下X80钢在含不同含量H2S的CO2饱和溶液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明,在只含CO2的饱和溶液中,X80钢腐蚀前期即形成致密的腐蚀产物膜,随着腐蚀进行,腐蚀产物膜逐渐破坏溶解,腐蚀速率逐渐增大;加入H2S后,工作电极表面逐渐形成很薄的腐蚀产物膜,浸泡随着浸泡时间增加,腐蚀速率逐渐减小。并且在低H2S含量时(79mg/L),腐蚀产物膜对X80钢的保护性能更好,腐蚀速率减小程度更大。而在高H2S含量时,H2S溶解后形成酸的去极化作用开始主导腐蚀,使得X80钢更易被腐蚀。研究结果对X80 高强度管线钢在H2S/CO2环境中的腐蚀行为及机理提供了有意义的探索,为更好地理解H2S在 H2S/CO2环境中的作用提供了参考。

X80 steel has been widely used in oil and gas pipelines along with the rapid development of international and domestic oil and gas industry. Effective research of the corrosion behavior of X80 steel in service is a problem that must be solved. In this study, the corrosion behavior of X80 steel in CO2 saturated solution containing different content of H2S was investigated by electrochemical impedance spectra, polarization curves, etc. The results showed that X80 steel generated compact corrosion product film at the early stage of the corrosion, in the H2S free solution, corrosion product film gradually dissolved and corrosion rate increased gradually with progress of the test. The surface of working electrode formed a thin corrosion product film gradually with H2S, and the corrosion rate decreased with the increase of immersion time. Besides, the performance of the corrosion product film of X80 steel in low H2S content(79mg/L) is better and corrosion rate decrease degree is greater than that of high H2S content(158mg/L). While in high H2S content codition, H2S dissolved to form acid and the depolarization effect began to dominate the corrosion, making X80 steel are more likely to be corroded. The work will contribute to a better understanding of the role of H2S in the H2S/CO2 environment and provides a meaningful exploration of corrosion behaviour and mechanism of X80 high strength pipeline steel in H2S/CO2 environment.
