梭梭生长发育动态变化

以2年生梭梭为材料，研究了梭梭生长及同化物累积周年动态变化。结果表明：（1）梭梭在一年内呈现"S"型生长曲线生长，并且5月至7月和9月至11月是梭梭生长高峰阶段。（2）梭梭同化物在11月累积量最高，其中可溶性糖、淀粉和非结构性碳水化合物总量分别可达3.51g/株、3.06 g/株、6.58 g/株。研究结果明确了梭梭生长及同化物累积的周年变化趋势，并为梭梭抚育和肉苁蓉栽培提供一定的理论依据。
Growing and anniversary assimilate accumulative dynamic changes were researched with 2-year-old H.ammodendron.The result shows that:(1)The annually growth of H.ammodendron exhibits a "S" type, and from May to July and September to November are the peaks of growth stage. (2) Accumulation of assimilation products of H.ammodendron was highest in November, the soluble sugar, starch and total non-structural carbohydrates respectively reached to 3.51g/plant, 3.06 g/ plant, 6.58 g/ plant. The research makes the growing and assimilate accumulative trend of H.ammodendron clear and provides a scientific bases for the cultivation of C.deserticola.
