This system in order to facilitate the liaoning engineering technology university campus information display and campus information query, designed a campus service platform based on ArcGIS Silverlight API ,make full use of the powerful geographic information system to the physical and chemical display and operating functions. So as to make the user in the Internet and Intranet environment through the browser to access the campus map data.
