基于句法分析的商品评论特征分析

在web 2.0技术的推动下,电子商务蓬勃发展,人们在购买商品的同时在网络上发表商品评论。用户评论作为用户体验的反馈信息,越来越受到人们的重视,如何分析理解用户评论信息成为当前web挖掘的重要课题。本文针对中文语法特征,提出一种基于语义理解和产品特征分析的商品评论挖掘算法。首先对评论句进行词性标注并抽取特征,使用TFIDF计算形容词和副词权重,然后在SO-PMI算法的基础上分析比较主语与比较词间的位置关系及比较词的语气特征对极性进行修正。实验证明,该算法可有效地评估商品间特征差异,且提高极性判断的准确度。
With the development of E-Commerce web 2.0 promoted by technology of web 2.0, people do shopping on the net and put their comments on the products.Regarded as feedback information of user's experience, product reviews is becoming more and more important and how to comprehend these reviews become an important research topic in web mining. In this paper, an product reviews mining based on semantics comprehends and feature anlysis is introdued. First,Tag POS for the word of the sentence,extract the feature of the product and calculate the weight of adjective and adverbs by TFIDF。After that,Modify the polarity according to the relative position between subject and comparative word and semantic character of the comparative word,base on the method of SO-PMI. The experimental results show that the algorithm effectively estimate the diversity of feature among these product and improve accuracy.
