聚乙烯醇/聚乙烯吡咯烷酮共混膜(I)制备与表征
Poly (vinyl alcohol)/ polyvinylpyrrolidone blending membranes(I) Preparation and characteristics
本文制备了聚乙烯醇(PVA) /聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)共混膜。通过与不同含量的PVP共混和不同剂量的戊二醛(GA)交联制备各种PVA共混均质膜。采用FTIR, XRD和SEM等对膜的物理化学结构及形貌进行了表征。考察了PVP含量、交联度对共混膜结构和亲水性的影响。
Poly (vinyl alcohol) (PVA) was used as the main materials to prepare pervaporation membranes. Homogeneous PVA membranes were prepared by blending with polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and then cross-linked with glutaraldehyde (GA). The membranes were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), wide-angle X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The effects of the PVP content and cross-linking agent volume on the structure of PVA membranes were studied. The results show that the cross-linked PVA/PVP blend membranes have high hydrophilicity.
