基于MATLAB的间歇聚合反应模型校正方法的研究

Research of polymerization model correction strategy based on the MATLAB

间歇聚合反应釜应用广泛,但由于其温度具有时变性、非线性、大时滞等特点,从而导致模型建立困难。本文用一阶惯性纯滞后模型近似实际过程,并在此基础上提出一种模型校正策略,利用系统辨识在线修正简化模型的参数,得到与实际运行过程相符合的模型。实验表明,该方法能够有效提高模型精度。

Batch reactor is widely used, but it is difficult to establish the model of polymerization in batch reactor, because it is serious dynamic, time-delay and nonlinear. This paper uses a first-order plus dead-time process to instead of the model, and further more,this paper proposed a strategy to correct the first-order plus dead-time process by parameter identification. Then, we can get a more precise model. Experiments indicate that the strategy can effectively improve the accuracy of model.
