不同光质LED光源对金线莲组培苗生长的影响
Effect of light quality on the growth of tissue culture seedling in Anoectochilus roxburghii by using LED
为了探讨不同光质光强处理对金线莲组培苗生长的影响,采用LED作为人工光源对漳州金线莲进行继代和生根培养,结果显示:70μmolom-2os-1的红光处理有利于株高生长,但不利于金线莲生根;绿光对金线莲各项指标均无促进作用,且不同强度处理之间差异不显著;70μmolom-2os-1的蓝光处理对金线莲组培苗叶片生长、生物量积累以及根系生长均有促进作用,但对株高有一定的抑制作用。结论:红光有利于植物地上部分生长,绿光对植物光合作用影响较小,蓝光对组培苗有一定的矮化壮苗作用。
o discuss the effect of different light quality and the light intensity treatment on the growth of Anoectochilus roxburghii tissue culture seedling ,the LED light source was used as an artificial light source for Anoectochilus roxburghii in Zhang Zhou to subculture and rooting culture, the results showed that, 70μmolom-2os-1 red light treatment is to the benefit of the growth of Anoectochilus roxburghii height , but go against to take root; it is not obvious that the effect of Green light for the indicators of Anoectochilus roxburghii , and no significant difference between different intensity; a promoting effect on leaf growth of tissue culture seedling and accumulation of biomass and root growth of Anoectochilus roxburghii under the 70μmolom-2os-1 blue light treatment, but certain inhibitory effect on plant height. Conclusion: the red light is advantageous to the growth of aerial parts of plants, the green light have little impact on plant photosynthesis, and certain effect on dwarfed and strong seedling of tissue culture seedling under the blue light.
