碳纳米管对小球藻毒性作用的可恢复性研究

纳米材料目前受到广泛应用的同时,其毒性效应也越来越多的引起注意. 但是关于纳米毒性的恢复性研究鲜有报道。该文研究了氧化碳纳米管对小球藻这一模式生物进行96小时染毒作用后的恢复状况,通过生长曲线、叶绿素含量、活性氧、透射电镜观察等指标的测定,研究发现氧化碳纳米管的毒性在一定程度上可以得到恢复。

Nowadays, Nanomaterials are widely used, at the same time, the toxic effects are also noticeable, however the recovery of nano-toxicity research rarely reported. In this paper, the recovery status of carbon monoxide nanotubes on the pathogen of Chlorella was studied after 96 hours exposure. Through the determination of growth curve, chlorophyll content, reactive oxygen species and transmission electron microscopy, it was found that the toxicity of the carbon nanotubes can be restored at a certain extent.
