溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米碳化硅粉末的研究
SiC Powder was Synthesized by the Sol-gel
以硅溶胶和炭黑为主要原料,采用溶胶-凝胶和碳热还原法制备了纳米碳化硅粉末,研究了原料组成和制备工艺对超细粉末质量的影响。结果表明:该方法可直接制备纯度较高、颗粒直径分布范围小,粒径在一定范围内可控制的纳米碳化硅粉末。SiC含量随配方中x(C)/x(Si)值增大而先增大后减小;随反应温度提高,产物中SiC含量相应提高,在1700C,x(C)/x(Si)为3.3时,得SiC最高含量为97.46%。TEM研究表明,随反应温度提高,产物中无定形物含量大幅减少,SiC晶体尺寸增加。
SiC ultra-fine powder was synthesized with industry sodium silicate and carbon black by the sol-gel and the carbothermal reduction reaction. The affect of the burden composition and reaction condition to the reaction products were studied. The results indicated that the high-grade SiC ultra-fine powder could be prepared direction with this way. Wile x(C)/x(Si) of the raw powders increases, the SiC content of the products increases firstly, and decreases afterwards. With the increase of reaction temperatures, the content of SiC increases and reaches the maximum content of 97.46% at 1700C. From TEM views, with increase of reaction temperature, amorphous phase decreases and the size of SiC crystals increases.
