车辆监控系统中监控中心的设计与实现

Vehicle Monitoring System is an information platform integrated of vehicle monitoring, information management and storage, and event handling. It not only provides necessary operations such as real-time monitoring, online controlling, but also meets the various demands of different users. To provide diversity and expansibility, the Monitoring Center is divided into four separate platforms-Resource Platform, Management Platform, Enterprise Monitoring Platform, Government Supervision Platform. With low coupling, many other systems can be built on the basis of Resource Platform and Management Platform. This System is based on B/S structure, and Web Service interface is also used for data exchange between different platforms.
